INVITATION FOR PUBLIC COMMENT - Service Centre, Huntingwood, NSW
Service Centre, 6 Honeman Close, Huntingwood, NSW (EPBC 2018/8290).
The following notice is published pursuant to Section 95A(3) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act). The Trustee for Arcidiacono Family Trust proposes to construct a service station at Lot 2 DP 229466, 6 Honeman Close, Huntingwood, NSW.
The proposed action is a controlled action for likely significant impacts on listed threatened species and communities (sections 18 and 18A of the EPBC Act).
The preliminary documentations are available for viewing for a period of 20 business days from Monday 12th October to Monday 9th November 2020 inclusive. The final date for providing comment is Monday 9th November 2020. The proposed action is on display and will be publicly available, to be viewed or obtained by download without charge from adwjohnson.com.au under the ‘News’ tab “Invitation for Public Comment – Service Centre – 6 Honeman Close, Huntingwood”, Max Webber Library, Blacktown and The State Library of NSW, Macquarie Street, Sydney.
