Trinity Point Marina Approval
Congratulations to Johnson Property Group on receiving approval via the Regional Planning Panel for Trinity Point Marina Stage 2 in late September.
The Stage 2 approval will see the expansion of the existing marina by 94 berths. Achieving a total Concept Approved 188 berth capacity, and will feature an extension of the public landward boardwalk, the construction of two new arms, the establishment of a floating marina office and five new ensuites for marina users.

Supporting the project by preparing the Environmental Impact Statement and providing project management services and client representation to Lake Macquarie City Council and the Regional Planning Panel.
