UoN Women in Engineering - Cocktail Connections Night!
Last Wednesday night, some of the ADW Johnson Pty Ltd team joined Newcastle University Women in Engineering for their annual Cocktail Connections night at the NEX.
We're passionate about advocating for more diversity and inclusion within the development industry, along with the professional development of our team. So, when offered to opportunity to mentor the next generation, we're always excited to attend. The event provided our team with the chance to answer all the burning questions the undergraduates had, including life after university, the pathway to a fulfilling and exciting career, and the fantastic opportunities available when working with a privately owned firm that celebrates professional growth and inclusivity!
