ADW Johnson has maintained a long-standing relationship with Bunnings Properties Pty Ltd on the Central Coast, and we’re pleased to have recently become involved with the Bunnings Lake Haven development.
Preparation and lodgement of the Development Application, ongoing negotiation with Council during the assessment phase as well as presenting to the Joint Regional Planning Panel resulted in the panel granting development consent to the $24m development. The project included multiple variations which were supported by Council. ADW Johnson has subsequently successfully lodged and managed through to approval, multiple modification applications, the most recent of which (September 2019) has enabled Bunnings Lake Haven to open at 6am on Monday’s through to Saturday, vastly improving their availability for trade customers.
