Cameron Park Plaza Local Shopping Centre
Cameron Park Plaza Local Shopping Centre
The Cameron Park Plaza Local Shopping Centre has been delivered to service the growing population of Cameron Park. The project comprised the design and approval of a Woolworths Supermarket, BWS Liquor Store and twenty-one commercial tenancies, as well as a subdivision of land to create four vacant lots for future development. A unique element of the proposal has been the adaptive re-use of the West Wallsend Steam Tram Line, an item of local heritage that bisected the site, into a cycle way that links into Lake Macquarie's broader cycling network. ADW Johnson has been proud to provide planning, survey and engineering advice throughout the project.
