ADW Johnson are privileged to be partnering with the NSW Land and Housing Corporation and the Aspire Ivanhoe Consortium to deliver the 8.2-hectare master-planned Ivanhoe Estate on the corner of Herring Road and Epping Road, Macquarie Park.
The estate will provide around 3,500 apartments within 18 mixed-use towers, providing both private and social housing. The estate will also include seniors living/aged care, a 1000 student co-educational school, retail stores and public open space areas.
ADW Johnson's multi-disciplinary team have worked closely with NSW LAHC, Frasers Property and Mission Australia, starting with due diligence and progressing through the Development Application stage and now into the detailed design for construction phase.
ADW Johnson's input into the detailed design phase included our engineering, surveying and project management departments working together to prepare bulk earthworks plans, drainage design and stormwater management plans/reporting, design of temporary and staging works during construction, construction works costings, tender documentation, detail survey and subdivision strategy advice. Attendance at meetings with adjoining land owners, legal teams and key stakeholders were imperative and ran concurrently with the design work.
