Lakeside Gwandalan
Lakeside Gwandalan is a 187 lot residential subdivision located within the Central Coast Council LGA (formerly Wyong Shire Council). The development site is located on Kanangra Drive, Gwandalan, south of the Point Wolstoncroft Sport and Recreation Centre.

Surveying
All surveying associated with residential developments including:
- Detail surveys;
- Cadastral survey; and
- Linen Plan preparation;
Town Planning
- Preparation of Major Project Application for assessment by Department of Planning;
- Various Modification applications.
- Preparation of REF for Security of Supply watermain.
Engineering
- Tree clearing and bulk earthworks Construction Certificate;
- Engineering design of all civil works, including roads, drainage, water and sewer;
- Half road design of Kanangra Drive upgrade;
- Preparation 800m Security of Supply watermain detailed design.
Project Management
- Management and coordination of all subconsultant teams for various design input;
- Coordination of all associated service (sewer, water, gas, electricity and telecommunications).
