ADW Johnson was engaged by Newcastle City Council to investigate options for the redevelopment of the Playing Field at No. 1 Sportsground to accommodate a regulation size Australian Rules football field and cricket oval, to select a single option and then to investigate and report on that option to the extent sufficient to properly define and cost a subsequent future project should Council decide to do so.
