The Glen for Women - Indigenous Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation Centre
The Glen for Women is the first Indigenous Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Centre for Women in NSW. The Facility will provide temporary residence and accommodation for up to twenty (20) women whilst they overcome drug and alcohol dependence. The Facility is located on the rural fringe and has been designed to provide a tranquil and relaxing environment for women to receive necessary support and counselling services.
ADW Johnson are proud to have provided Town Planning and Project Management services during the development application and approval stage of the project.
Town Planning
Initial advice to client;
Pre-DA meeting with Council;
Preparation of the development application;
Post lodgement management of the application through Council;
Local Planning Panel meeting for determination.
Approval achieved in 5 months.
Project Management
Regular project meetings;
Management of Sub-consultants.
