ADW Johnson have been working with Avid Property Group on their Waterford development since 2017. The multidisciplinary team at ADW Johnson have assisted with the engineering, surveying, design, planning and project management sectors of the large-scale subdivision project. To date in excess of 500 lots have been registered with progress towards the future registration of the remaining 500 lots underway.
Further to the overall subdivision masterplan, ADW Johnson prepare and manage development applications for the associated playgrounds, sports fields, sales offices as well as design amendments to lot layouts and future roads when required, in preparation for the future Waterford community.
The work done on the Waterford Masterplan represents the epitome of what ADW Johnson strive to achieve at every opportunity.
