Project Management

Provision of full Project Management of the estate for all 3 stages including:

  • Feasibilities of land purchase;
  • Development costs for each stage;
  • Prepare draft DOA for S.94 Works in Kind items with adjoining land owners;
  • Preparation of reports for financier;
  • Management of all consultants and contractors;
  • Management of civil design and construction;
  • Liaison and coordination with service authorities;
  • Management of survey plan and registration of lots.


  • Preparation of Masterplan and Development Application for 100 residential lots and subsequent Section 96 amendments.
  • Coordinate, engage and supervise all sub consultants for ancillary reports.


  • Civil design of site regrading, roads, stormwater, sewer and water reticulation to service all lots;
  • Trunk stormwater and sewer design;
  • Design of culverts under Johns Road crossing optic fibre and twin 600mm water mains;
  • Supervision and contract administration for all stages of development.


All surveying associated with residential developments including construction, cadastral and work as executed surveys.
