ADW Johnson took the lead role in coordinating and facilitate approvals and providing approval documentation. On our clients behalf we managed inputs from a variety of stakeholders including specialist geotechnical, environmental and bushfire consultants, council officers and other government agencies.
Provision of full Project Management of the estate for all stages including:
Feasibilities for land purchase;
Development costs for each stage;
Management of all consultants and contractors;
Management of civil design and construction;
Liaison and coordination with service authorities;
Management of survey plan and registration of lots.
Undertook statutory planning including the preparation of Development Applications and a Development Application modification.
Civil Design of all residential roads and utility infrastructure. ADW Johnson undertook a site wide bulk earthworks strategy to minimise cut and fill costs. Achieving a balance of earthworks costs and achieving desirable block grades, ADW Johnson provided designs for retaining structures and costing advice.
Our civil services also include the design of a sewer pump station, trunk hydraulic infrastructure and water quality control basins.
All surveying associated with residential developments including existing site survey, service locations, construction survey, Torrens titling, Community titling, road closures and work as executed surveys.
