ADW Johnson was successful in obtaining consent from JRPP for the new Bunnings Store in Lake Haven which involves 16,000m2 of retail floor space. Of note, ADWJ successfully negotiated with Council to remove the requirement to pay $240,000 in public art contributions. We also gained them approval for approximately 4,000m2 of retail floor space over the DCP controls, as well as reduced setbacks to both road frontages.
