Project Management

  • Development Application advice, Council and servicing authorities liaison, internal and external servicing strategies and implementation assessments, residential and golf course interface assessments, grey water and treated effluent assessments and strategies.
  • Road Closure and land swap assessments and advice.


  • Provision of planning and engineering advice relating to masterplan Development Application.
  • Preparation of development applications for the principal resort building, internal roads and infrastructure, community title subdivisions, Stage 1, 2 and 8 dwellings and Stages 1, 2 and 8 resort villas.
  • Council and RTA liaison in gaining all approvals associated with the development.
  • Consent modifications as required.


  • Two RTA intersections and road upgrade designs
