Design completed in accordance with SEPP Seniors living so that road and access grades were below 1 in 7. This required significant regarding, benching and retaining of the site. Careful design of pad levels for each villa was undertaken to ensure compliant grades were achieved whilst minimising retaining.
Due to the crown of Bellevue Road being the interface between Gosford and Wyong LGA the upgrades to the road require both Councils to be involved in the design approval process.
Obtaining Controlled Activity approvals from the Office of Water for works adjoining waterfront land.
Liaising with both Wyong and Gosford Council for Roads Act approvals and S96s.
Working with the architects and client to Masterplan the development to obtain the best solution for layout and associated infrastructure.

Civil engineering design for 100 villas and associated earthworks (benching and retaining), roads, stormwater, carparks, driveways, and sewer reticulation.
Civil design for road upgrades to Bakali Road and Bellevue road including half road construction, stormwater and verge works and access designs into the site.
Flood studies for existing channels through the site including the design of culvert crossings and channel upgrades.
Detailed survey over entire development site and adjoining road frontages.
Setout survey for contractors for civil and building works.
Work as executed surveys for contractors for both civil and building works.
