ADW Johnson has been involved in the full service delivery of a 1600+ lot master planned community located in the township of Bellbird for our valued client, WST Property Group. To date, ADW Johnson has contributed to the successful delivery of 408 lots over 10 stages.

Our Involvement

In our full service package, we have provided comprehensive consultancy services in the following areas:

ADW Johnson’s experience as the principal consultant on residential developments, as well as specialist consultants in engineering, planning, and surveying, ensures a holistic approach to the development process. Our management of the project takes full consideration of what is required to navigate through planning, construction, and registration whilst ensuring that a high quality product is produced for WST Property Group.

Additional to the delivery of the residential subdivision, ADW Johnson has also managed:

  • 5 Development Consents through the Land & Environmental Court
  • Development Consent and delivery of the proposed exhibition village
  • Development Consent and delivery of a proposed paper subdivision
  • 2 x overhead high voltage electrical feeder upgrades
  • Lead-out 525mm diameter gravity sewer, wastewater pump station, and a 355mm diameter sewer rising main (CAF)
  • Augmentation of existing gravity sewer through existing urban streets (CAF)
  • Lead out gravity sewer through neighbouring properties
  • Lead-in dual 300mm watermain (CAF)
  • Water booster pump station (CAF)
  • Upgrades to existing pressure reducing valve for reticulated water (CAF)
  • Security of supply lead-in watermain connections (CAF)
