ADW Johnson has had a comprehensive involvement in The Glenning residential subdivision development to support the client, Saville Knight & Co.
We were originally approached to assist the client by providing due diligence and preliminary costing advice for the residential subdivision. Our project managers were able to successfully help the client navigate the associated construction costs and feasibility of the development to progress to a conceptual design phase.
Throughout the project, we have provided project management services to manage subconsultants, liaise with authorities, manage deadlines and budgets, and manage risk. This has enabled the subdivision to be successfully constructed and delivered through to settlement.
The project has had some complex constraints which our engineers, project managers, and superintendents have had to solve and navigate. These include ecology constraints with a white bellied sea eagle exclusion zone, deep sewer construction, timing of works, and wet weather. Despite these constraints and obstacles, we have been able to deliver a high quality of service and have seen the project right through to completion with the client.
Being close to our Tuggerah Office, multiple site visits were organised to provide our staff and team with memorable on-site experiences and construction knowledge provided from the contractor. The project has been instrumental in the professional development of ADW Johnson staff and allowed the wider office to observe the progression of the development.
