Wastewater Pump Station Design

To service the Waterford residential subdivision by Avid Property Group, ADW Johnson was engaged to provide full design documentation for 4 new separate wastewater pump stations. The pump stations are located at various points within the subdivision and are part of the Hunter Water Corporation sewer network.

As part of the deliverable, we were required to provide project management, town planning, and civil engineering services for the client.

The project required the project management of various documentation for Hunter Water Corporation including a notice of requirements (NOR), design management, subconsultant management, and any associated deeds.

The town planning requirements for the project included the development of review of environmental factors (REF) documents for each separate pump station.

Both concept and detailed design documentation were provided for each pump station by our civil engineers. This required detailed calculations and documentation including details on the pump arrangement, rising main alignment and route, pump station layout and levels, and access requirements.

ADW Johnson has a great working relationship with Hunter Water Corporation from years of previous projects within the water and sewer industry. Throughout the project, our team was required to liaise with the relevant authorities to smoothly deliver the pump stations while satisfying all relevant stakeholders in the process.
