Civil Design

We have a highly competent group of civil engineers and designers with a wealth of experience in vast range of civil engineering designs for all forms of development, from concept phase through to detailed design.

Many of our team also act as superintendents on projects, meaning they have a succinct appreciation of how things are constructed and ensure our designs are practical and efficient – an aspect often overlooked by others just trying to get a design done as cheap and quick as possible, but ultimately costing much more to deliver!

Stormwater Management

We provide engineering services for all aspects of stormwater investigation, modelling, and design to ensure that development occurs with minimal impact on the surrounding environment.

We are experts in Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD), with practical experience in delivering this in the ground and also the ongoing maintenance costs to keep it functioning as required. This practical experience is filtered through to our in-house Urban Design team, ensuring that when we are suggesting these options they are in locations where it can actually be delivered and ongoing maintenance costs/obligations are considered.

Our team understand how to address neutral or beneficial treatment objectives (NorBE) and can identify options/impacts early in projects where this is required to be addressed – if not identified early, this can have serious implications on development areas and associated yields, along with approval timeframes.
