Our team have experience at the back-end of health & aged care developments, including construction and completion phases. The knowledge gained from this is embedded into the early phases of projects to prevent problems arising later where time and cost implications are often orders of magnitude higher.

We have worked on a wide variety of Health & aged care developments, for both public and private sector clients.
Whilst providing essential services and jobs to regions, they can often be points of conjecture within the community, often due to the scale of development and associated ancillary impacts. Our team regularly work to address community concerns early in the development phase and are experienced in holding community consultation sessions and leading engagement with key stakeholders.
The increased populations and associated densities of our cities have led to more and more health & aged care facilities being delivered in a vertical form. At the front end, our urban design team are experienced in building conceptual models that satisfy planning and design controls, whilst at the back end, our surveyors are experts in preparing strata schemes and lease plans.
Health & aged care facilities often place increased demand on essential services and we work with clients early to understand these requirements and any wider upgrades required. Once known, the management of services coordination within the site is often a complex process, requiring a strong attention to detail and accurate modelling to mitigate potential conflicts arising during construction, where time/cost impacts are multiplied – the experience and technical excellence of our in-house engineers, surveyors and project managers helps to mitigate these risks for our clients.
