Our Expertise

We are fortunate to have worked on a number of large-scale mixed-use developments over the years and our team enjoying seeing these come to life – it’s always great to walk back through them after development is complete to see how the community has evolved and also to look for any improvements to take into the next development!

Mixed-use developments often require a lot of professionals working on various components of the development all at the same time, with multiple changes happening at once whilst the design evolves or responding to conditions during construction. Our team have the knowledge and confidence to manage these developments on behalf of our clients, with experience in reporting to internal and external key stakeholders, including the preparation and management of development programs and budgets.

Our Town Planners have experience in working through rezonings to allow for large-scale mixed-use developments to be delivered, including the preparation and negotiation of contributions and voluntary planning agreements. We also have the expertise to run community engagement sessions along with the development and execution of stakeholder engagement strategies.

Our Civil Engineering and Infrastructure teams work closely with architects in the design of basement car parks along with integration of numerous services to be delivered in congested areas. Our in-house Landscape Architects develop innovative ways to incorporate urban stormwater management options and water sensitive urban design solutions into landscape features.

We understand the finer details
