Approval for Parry Street!
Congratulations to Five Elements Group! ADW Johnson, in collaboration with CKDS Architecture and Five Elements Group has recently secured development approval from the City of Newcastle for the redevelopment of 120 Parry Street & 16 Hall Street!
The site is situated in a key inner-city location and is highly constrained, and currently underutilised. The proposal will see the site redeveloped for high density housing. The architecturally designed development offers ground level commercial space fronting Parry Street and residential flat buildings above, providing future residents a lifestyle opportunity with excellent access to public transport, shops, essential services, and recreational facilities.
The development is yet another positive contribution to the continued revitalisation of the City of Newcastle.
