This unique residential subdivision features 50 lots designed with a commitment to retaining existing vegetation, ensuring that we only clear what’s necessary for infrastructure, roads, and building envelopes. Not all developments are concrete jungles!
The steep topography presented its challenges, requiring innovative design solutions, including a split road with retaining walls to minimise cut and fill while blending seamlessly with the natural landscape.
