Altrove, Schofields
Altrove is 1178 site master-planned community located in Schofields in Sydney's North West. The project includes a mix of low and medium apartment sites and recreation areas. Overall, the estate has an estimated capital investment value of $1 billion and will provide a premium living facility in the growing North West suburb.
ADW Johnson are pleased to have provided engineering and project management services to the project.
Engineering
- Lead engineer duties for all infrastructure works;
- Bulk Earthworks and Civil Works design for Construction Certificate;
- Design of Section 94 Items including Vernon Road, a local park and stormwater basin;
- Local and trunk drainage analysis;
- Road design.
Project Management
- Management and coordination of all subconsultant teams for various input stages;
- Coordination of all associated services (sewer, water, gas, electricity and telecommunications);
- Development cost estimates, scheduling and programming;
