ADW Johnson has provided town planning and surveying services to assist with the delivery of residential lots at the Cameron Grove Estate development at Cameron Park since 2018.
Town Planning
The project involved our town planners preparing planning documentation including a statement of environmental effects (SoEE) to support the Development Application (DA) for the development. The approval process for the DA also involved liaising with authorities and preparing all necessary forms to achieve an approval.
Surveying
In addition to our town planning involvement, we have had a significant involvement in the development regarding surveying. Throughout the development process, our surveyors have been involved in preparing sales plans and lot calculations, deposited plans and 88b instruments, lot pegging for service locations, and work as executed survey.
