Ed.Square

Ed.Square is a modern, convenient and connected exemplar of mixed-use community creation in the South-West Sydney’s Priority Growth Area in Edmondson Park. Frasers Property Australia’s community is integrated with Edmondson Park train station to create a new shopping, dining and entertainment destination and a unique, sustainable, diverse urban neighbourhood to meet demand for much-needed housing in the region.

Civil Engineering

The ADW Johnson team provided essential civil engineering advice and documentation to determine the internal road design, bulk earthworks requirements for the project, and coordination of service infrastructure. Civil engineering was provided from concept design right through to detailed design for construction across the multiple stages of the project.

Project Management

Project management was required for the project to ensure that the civil engineering design of the infrastructure to support the mixed use community was coordinated with other consultants. The ADWJ project management team assisted Frasers Property with the delivery of key milestones and authority requirements to smoothly deliver the project.

Structural Engineering

Structural engineering design of custom underground stormwater infrastructure and blockwork retaining walls was provided to facilitate the construction of the medium density dwellings. Certification was also provided to ensure that the structural elements were in accordance with the relevant standards and complied with the requirements of Liverpool City Council.
