- Assistance in S75W amendments to Part 3A approval and modification of staging
- Organising subconsultant reports and studies
- Preparing small lot housing guidelines
Engineering
- All residential civil designs relating to roads, stormwater drainage, water reticulation and waste water reticulation
- Bulk earthworks design and lot benching
- Water sensitive urban design
- 1km of Trunk watermain design
- Waste water pump station (WWPS) and rising main design for two (2) WWPS
- Low pressure sewer design
- Two intersection designs with Minmi Road
- Minmi Road widening
Construction Supervision
- Superintendent for all civil works including infrastructure and lead in works
Survey
- Topographical survey
- Work-As-Executed surveys for all works
- Cadastral Survey for Community Title subdivision
