Royal North Shore Hospital Survey
ADW Johnson was engaged to provide a comprehensive survey service to facilitate and support the relocation of the St Leonards Health Organisation, a State Significant Development Application. Detail survey and documentation was provided to assist with the subdivision of land for Royal North Shore Hospital.
Surveying
ADW Johnson was engaged by NSW Health Infrastructure to provide service coordination and survey services to enable the subdivision and construction of numerous new buildings within the Royal North Shore Hospital Precinct. The subdivision of land was necessary to site future developments and for the transfer of assets between Government entities.
The survey team was responsible for the following activities during their engagement:
- Title search for existing land
- Liaise and coordinate subdivision intent with relevant service authorities
- Provide comprehensive detail survey to be included in subdivision plan
- Provide draft subdivision plan and subdivision strategy
This project is a great example of ADW Johnson’s involvement with public and Government entities to deliver high quality outcomes both in the survey discipline and land development as a whole.
