The Vintage, Pokolbin
ADW Johnson have been involved with The Vintage since work commenced with Stevens group in late 2000. Our involvement was initially to provide survey and titling advice and to undertake all survey work related to the release of lots within The Vintage. As the project has progressed, our scope has increased to a full service role including Project Management, Survey, Engineering Design and Superintendency.
As each precinct commences, ADW Johnson provides assistance with the preparation of the required DA plans, including survey and engineering designs. On approval we coordinate all services required for the development and produce the final civil designs for the construction certificate approvals. Throughout construction ADW Johnson supervises the works in conjunction with the client through to handover to council and relevant authorities.
On completion of works ADW Johnson coordinates the subdivision certificate process with council through to linen release and registration of titles.
