Watagan Park is an urban land release in the Lake Macquarie Local Government Area. The project comprises 2,500 residential lots and includes the creation of commercial and recreational land to support the ongoing development of the area. Watagan Park is emerging as a serene new suburb in the foothills of the Watagan Mountains, and will provide great living opportunites for the growing population of the Lower Hunter.
