We’re proud and excited to announce that our first ever Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has been endorsed by Reconciliation Australia!
Our RAP focuses on strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous peoples, for the benefit of all Australian society. We join a network of more than 2,500 organisations that have made a formal commitment to Reconciliation through the RAP program.
ADW Johnson has a long history of respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people’s cultures, knowledge and connection to Country. Our Reflect RAP formalises an important step for us as we integrate reconciliation into our organisation and across our operations.
The stunning artwork was commissioned by local Awabakal artist Joseph (Joe) Griffin for our Reconciliation Action Plan. The design is called “Connected” which reflects our intrinsic link to community and Country.
