Our team are experts in strata titling and can provide assistance with standard strata subdivisions, staged strata, mixed use schemes, terminating schemes, adding/removing land from schemes along with all other strata related matters.

Our team have extensive experience in working on Community Title developments and understand the intricate process in how they are created and how to set them up successfully. Our input into the creation of Community Title Schemes includes:

  • Obtaining signatures of owners and authorities
  • Location Diagrams
  • Detail Plans
  • Association Property Plans
  • Community Management Statement (CMS) review (typically prepared by a solicitor)
  • Accessway Plans
  • Statutory Easements
  • Development Contracts review (typically prepared by a solicitor)
  • Section 88B instruments (to be finalised by a solicitor)
  • Administration Sheets

Work As Executed / As Built

Our team regularly undertake Work As Executed (WAE)/As Built surveys for a variety of development types including subdivisions, buildings, parklands/open space, infrastructure (intersections, water & sewer reticulation, waste water treatment plants, water booster pump stations etc) and more.

We ensure we are aware of the accuracy of the methods we are using so that we can sign-off on achieving compliance. The size of our team and our office locations mean that we can often readily respond to requests for us to be on-site.

Laser Scanning

ADW Johnson has the capability to carry out 3D laser scanning for built form projects and environments with complex detail which traditional methods cannot handle. Our team know when the conditions are right for laser scanning and use it for stand-alone surveys, or combine it with GPS/traditional detail survey means for larger scale topographical detail surveys.

We produce high-accuracy 3D models from the scans, which we can then share to our in-house designers for use in complex infrastructure (roads, sewer pump stations etc) modelling, broad scale urban design and landscape design work. We ensure a quality-controlled process from start to end.
