Recently, the Warner Industrial Park development at Warnervale has reached a significant milestone with the registration and completion of 13 industrial lots.
ADW Johnson has provided engineering design, superintendency and construction phase supervision services for the project, having also successfully delivered the first stage of the development containing 25 industrial lots. The subdivision involved key civil infrastructure components such as roads, stormwater, sewer, electrical/NBN, and earthworks.
ADW Johnson is thankful for working in collaboration with the project team (Winarch Capital and Daracon) to assist in the delivery of prime industrial real estate in the Warnervale area.
